I saw a couple of one star ratings but no reviews for them. Not quite sure why it would get one star. But I'm giving it 5 stars. This is not a tempered glass protector so don't expect it to be. It is a very good TPU film protector. Installation was easy if you follow the instructions. Yes there are instructions. The adhesive works well. I was able to easily get it to curve to conform to the S20 ultra. I have a pretty serious case so it's very well protected I wanted the little bit of extra protection for the screen. Exactly 0 of the tempered glass protectors that I have tried works with the fingerprint reader or Even stays attached very well with the case.So far the screen protector is doing well. Good comes with 2 films so I wasn't opposed to trying out the scratch resistance and It looks like it's going to perform very well.I particularly enjoy the matte finish because I Just like glare when out in the sunlight.With all that said, it protects your screen from scratches. I do suggest if you're going to use that to make sure you get a good case. It can form and adheres to the phone very well. The matte finish Is great if you don't like glare. It works 100% with the fingerprint sensor. I think all in all with this screen protector and the case that I have, my 1500 dollar phone is well protected and 100% usable as opposed to the tempered glass units.

Pros- light, thin, and nice on the screen if it sticks to the curved parts of the screen!Cons- doesn't stick to the edges, oil from fingers are visible.I have have purchased 3 in shield screen protectors for 3 phones. The galaxy s7 it was perfect so as the s9 plus. I have never had to use more than one for a 2 year span. When it comes to the S20 ultra! It is trash. The edges do not even want to stick to the edges. I have went through all three of them. I have no idea if its just the matte ones that this issue happens. Its very upsetting to have to go through three of them not even 1 year because of one simple thing. I recommend them for any other phone just not the S20 ultra.

Super protective stuck well but the shimmering filter effect will not go away if white colors are present it's hard to make out words through it.

Install was simple, followed directions exactly as they are. First one corners didn't stick and a day later took it off because there was dust and lint under it. Installed the second one, taped it down to my phone and left it for an hour! Took the tape off corners were down, 20 minutes later the corners had already started to peel up. This product is beyond a waste of time and money and I definitely will not buy again!

I don't like shiny screen protectors. I always buy this brand. They are not stiff they go on really well and if you don't like the way it goes on and if you get a hair or something under it you can take it off run it under water clean it up and start over. This is a great screen proctor.

The installation instruction was very easy to follow. Screen protector applied easily except it won't stick to the curved edge of the phone. Contacted customer service and the reply was very prompt and provided steps to hold the phone in hand which I have been doing. Unfortunately, the protector kept on sticking out from the curved edge. Returned because it doesn't work.

I love matte screen protectors but unfortunately with the S20 Ultra, the reader is via the screen and this film makes the feature nearly useless. I'm probably running 40% success in reading my fingerprint to unlock the device
