Q: Which is it? the product information describes dimensions as 38 in l x 20.5 in w x 22.25 in. but the product detail says it is 32 x 13.5 x 10 inches

Could be the open dimensions and the closed dimensions.

Q: I just bought this. Does the middle snap down. I see it has a handle to pull up to colapse but iy feels like it should snap in place

It doesn't snap down just lays in place.

Q: Is there a Formaldehyde Warning in tags? Other wagons have them tagged it may cause cancer?

Yes there is a tad like that, but it said nothing about cancer...but my thoughts on that are this. These labs pump more toxic chemicals into the poor test animal then the anyone would ever be exposed to. I will tell you this about the cart...It is a well built strong reliable cart. Do to a eye injury I no longer drive.....this cart is a life saver. I take it to the store, used it when I moved, and it never failed me. It also folds to a small size for easy storage. These days every thing can cause cancer If you are exposed to to much, but in this case tho, I would think this product is safe.

Q: We lost the folding liner/insert that the kids need to sit on when the cart is open. Any way of getting a replacement?

We did too! I spent hours on the internet, looking for a replacement, but was unable to find one. Now we have a piece of cardboard instead. It's still a good wagon, but I sure wish they would sell replacement liners.
