Just want I wanted!
I have this rod paired to a 6'6'' Bass Pro Shops Tourney trail medium power, fast action rod (I feel like the rating is way off, this is much more like a light action). I got this for bait finesse fishing. This will cast a 2.5" tube with a 3/16 ounce jig head 75 feet with ease. Then you can turn the brake down and flip the same small tube 30 feet. This is a very user-friendly reel for the beginner or novice caster, and quality is great!

Recently upgraded to this from an abu garcia pro max, which is not a bad reel. The tatula is hands-down better than that reel in many ways. Not been able to put it through it paces as such but it feels like butter and is as light as a feather

Best casting reel I've used
Not sure the tech in this reel but it does as advertised. In the wind, no backlashes. Casts as far or farther than other reels I've used in the same price range. Overall very pleased with the reel, and I have 4 of them.
