Product arrived intact. However, once I opened the package, I noticed the makeup was too far down in the tube to be used. When I tried to twist the tube to raise the makeup, it did not work. I turned the tube upside down to look at the bottom, and the makeup completely fell out! I promptly returned it. Too bad, it was a pretty color.

I love the CoverGirl Shadow Pencil! I purchased it once in the store and couldn't find it after that, so I went on here and found it easily. I like to use it as a liner but it works well as a shadow too. It goes on really smooth and very pretty. Because the coloring of these are soft (I've tried numerous colors) they all work really well as liners and you don't have to worry about it being too thick (or raccoon eye'd).

The product was old, stale, hard & dry. It carne apart and didn't work at all. The eyeshadow pigment color "literally" fell out of the pencil when I opened it. It is very hard, dry and doesn't even go on as an eyeshadow. It crumbled into crumbs and fell out of the pencil when I tried it to see if it at least works. It did not. Waste of anticipation. Awful quality.

Loved the color & it was probably just one in a million but it was hollow and the tip fell right out. Will try another.

This product was a let down. The color is amazing itself just from looking at the stick itself, but trying to transfer this onto your lid is a nightmare! You really have to rub hard (as in hard enough to hurt) just to see a little bit of color, and it's just not worth it. Perhaps it's because it's an older product, but either way, I wouldn't recommend and would advise you guys to just save your time and money and not buy this. A shame, cause if it was smooth, vibrant and easy to use it would have been great.

I was so sad when I found out this product is no longer carried at my local drug store, and was glad to find it on here. Also a good dupe for MUFE/Sephora shadow pencils. The color is a nice subtly sparkly taupe neutral and good for daytime wear in a professional setting.

super old and dried up, the pencil flew out when i took the cap off.

This is a lovely creamy eye shadow pencil which is cool on the skin and stays on fairly well throughout the day. I like this type of product. My only reservation is that I’m not sure how you sharpen it as it seems like it’s made of plastic. Time will tell!
