Excellent OEM quality
Excellent OEM replacement battery packaged very securely to ensure safe delivery. Easy to replace in the UPS following pictogram instructions provided. Too bad there is no return label to reuse the packaging for return of the dead battery for proper recycling. Lucky for me our Town's transfer station has a Universal Waste Shed for cost -free proper recycling.

Excellent replacement battery.
Since 2010, I have purchased 2 of these battery replacements. The original battery lasted about 7 years, while the replacement went for 8+ years of daily use. I expect this second replacement to last just as long. No leakages, easy installation, quality you would expect from APC. Been using their products for years and they are worth the price.

OEM Battery for APC Back-UPS
I chose the APC UPS Battery Replacement Cartridge to protect my newer electronic devices. I have used the APC Back-UPS since April 15, 2013 and have been very pleased with it. The original OEM battery lasted 6 years and I replaced it with a non-OEM battery, much better price ($25 Amazon), which also lasted 6 years. Why did I go with the OEM replacement ($52) this time around? I wasn't comfortable with the descriptions of the non-OEMs especially the T1 and/or T2 connectors; I wasn't interested in finding out if they'd work this time around. Call me skeptical.
