Hi, do you have to drill holes in the cupboard interior to install, or can you just place inside? Thanks

The frame needs to be secured by 4 screws into the base of the cupboard. I guess they could be glued if you don't want to use screws?

in each bin how much load can it handle in Kg?

Check out the product details. I did. Otherwise, Amazon/Grohe should be able to provide this service.

There is a panel sticking up at the front. what is the height up to flat area? what is the height up to the sticking up panel?

On Amazon just type grohe under sink dustbin and you will get all the measurements
