Circular Saw, TACKLIFE 750W Premium
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great value for a good Circular Saw, TACKLIFE. With most applications I think Id find more uses out of this saw than having to worry about bringing out the full size circular saw.I did some experimental cuts and was amazed by the correctness and treatment of the cut.The combat power is light enough to be easily controlled with one hand, enough to absorb the vibration generated by the power of cutting any blade. This is very helpful for long knife cutting. The laser guide is my favorite, because it makes it so easy to cut a straight line. The ability to adjust the cutting depth is very handy. I like that it has a double safety switch. It makes me less concerned about him hurting himself. The dust tube attachment makes it much easier to keep the workshop clean. He loves that it came with 6 blades of 3 different types, so that he can work with almost any medium he need, such as wood, metal and tile. The noise level is quite compared to the ear ringing sound of a full size saw. For that reason alone I think I'll stick to using the mini saw more often. This is a good tool and will be very suitable for all kinds of work.

Well, it cuts I guess.
The motor feels under powered, I made a cut, the saw wasn't happy so I pulled back and went to up the power... only to find it was already up on full. It's a pretty small bore, which is tedious. The build quality is ok. No major shakes and rattles from it.The angle and depth guages are marked slightly annoyingly, there's an arrow on the body that you then have to pretty much guess that your degree line matches up properly.Though, having said that, once you lock it in place it is pretty sturdy. My lazer was out of line slightly and had to be adjusted. It's a daft design choice to have the key for the guide to be a different size to that of the saw blade. There's only room for the saw blade key on the machine. Quite why the bolt for the guide has to be bigger than the saw blade is frankly beyond me.So, is it any good? Well, it cuts true after a little adjustment and though it feels under powered it will get through the material reasonably cleanly. It's extremely loud, much louder than my last saw and I'm not convinced it's going to last long, but that's just based on how it feels in the hand rather than anything else. It's not a toy but it's not a tool I have a great deal of confidence in. Which isn't great when your holding a spinny death tool.

A great compact circular saw for the average DIYer
This is a great compact circular saw for the average DIYer.This saw helped build a pergola in my garden using 4 x 4 and composite decking. It comes with various blades for different materials and is very well constructed. The power and accuracy was good for the project and it felt ok in terms of weight (do start to feel it if using for a long time which is expected). Comes with a laser line which is great but my battery died very quickly as I left it on by mistake!Pros:- Multiple blades included- laser guide- depth and bevel adjustable- Excellent value for moneyCons:- Not the lightest for a compact saw- Slow startup and stop- Awkward safety button

Good value, well made and a useful addition to my tools
I’ve actually ended up using it a lot more than I thought I would. I haven’t tested all of the blades provided yet, just used the smaller of the blades for wood and it’s done all I needed as yet. I’m sure the others will come in useful at some point.I like the fact the handle is easy to detach if it’s not required or is in the way, as it was when cutting angles. All adjustments feel solid and reliable and the laser sight is a nice touch for accurate cuts. Only issue I have had so far was scorching the wood slightly on thicker timber, but I think it’s more to do with not adjusting the speed setting to suit. All in all really happy with this purchase, 3rd tacklife tool I’ve bought (planer and heat gun) and again the quality is perfect for diy/hobby use.

Great Little saw.
Using a guide, it cut through a 40mm work surface with ease,.leaving a clean edge.Used all three different blades on bolts, and Formica sheets, with great results. It is simple to use easy to change blades and has now become a go-to tool.I can use a larger circular saw, but now much prefer to use this smaller machine when cutting todepths around 40mm or less. The machine warrants an easy 5 stars.

Serious Kit
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this bit of kit .... It is a substantial sturdy piece of equipment and I would suggest not suitable for an unexperienced person as it is more than capable of causing serious injury in the wrong hands despite all its safety features. It would have been good if they had supplied some batteries for the laser guide but no big issue to get a couple...... I used it for cutting 18mm OBD board which it handled with ease ..... A useful addition to my tool armmoury

Speed regulation
It is useful for me in the housework. I made new pots without any problem. It even cuts large pieces of wood. An interesting fact is that you can set the speed of the saw and it has a handle in the set that makes it easy to hold the saw when cutting wood even 45 degrees angle. Installed laser facilitating the cutting direction. 6 defferent blades on box.

This is quite a big item, not a lightweight hobby tool.
This is a power tool with a big blade and should be treated as such. Wear eye protection, no loose garments. Nice build quality for the price. 6 saw discs included is extremely good value. Very silent when running idle, but quite a bit of noise when sawing through wood. I would buy it again.
