Exploring Strategy, Text and Cases

Excellent textbook for strategy
I found it to be a valuable resource. Very well structured and easy to follow. What really sets this book apart are the case studies. The combination of theoretical concepts and real world examples is very effective for understanding strategy in practice. Solid academic text. I highly recommend it for students studying strategy at any level.

Great product, fast delivery
Core text for my studies, lucky to find in second hand so a bit cheaper, but still in really good condition.

Pages are too glossy
Fantastic book but I find the paper they use for these texts too glossy meaning that reading under a light is difficult as there is always part of the page which reflects making is difficult to read. I’d find a Matt page far more comfortable to manage.

No fluff, relevant content
Great reference book. Lots of highly relevant and useful insights into strategic business decisions - without the fluff that some volumes offer.

Great book, disappointed with digital version of it
It is a good book for strategy, well explained, with many current examples. I have to read it for university, so I either buy it or take it from the library.I am one of those odd people who actually prefer to read in the digital version (It is not heavy, I can read everywhere and it saves my highlights in case I want to re-read them or use them in assignments). Also, the library of my university has a lot of light and all the draws of the physical book were too shiny for my myopic eyes, so that is why I decided to purchase the digital version which was almost 50, pretty much the same amount of paper.I was so surprised that there is a limit of devices I can read the book in. I mean, you do not need a lot of research to know that younger generations are used to multi-screens. I like to read sometimes on my laptop, others in my iPad and other in my phone while I am going somewhere... If they are MY devices, why wouldn't I be able to read them in all after paying a high amount of money for the online version of the book...And lastly, you cannot read this book in a Kindle. I get the book has a lot of graphs and so on, but still, it was a disappointment after the high price.
