Sure I can get a cheaper helmet. This helmet isn’t crazy in price and definitely worth the little extra over some of the competitors. Top quality isn’t cheap and if you get a cheap helmet in my opinion they never look good on my head. If I like the way I look in a helmet I’m much more likely to wear and want to wear my helmet.

Works perfect and even keeps the ears warm. And it's stylish. Goggles fit well too.

This helmet has to factor as one of the best equipment buys we made in the family. My wife and daughter were beginners at snowboarding last year and this year saw them advance to intermediate levels of ability. It will come as no surprise that they have had their fare share of tumbles and one in particular was life threateningly scary for my wife. The helmet is the only reason why she was able to catch her breath and then continue after a massive multiple flip stack on packed (hard) snow. There wasn't a single scratch on the helmet and the piste control said that it was the only reason she was not making her way to the nearest trauma centre in a helicopter. I myself managed to give myself a good hiding in the snowboard park after an attempt over the quarter pipe saw me land face down with my forehead greeting the snow first. Again, I am sure that this brand of helmet deserves all the credit. The outer material is extremely durable, the lining is very comfortable and the removable ear muffs are most welcoming when hit with a freezing gust if wind. The colour options mean that there is something out there for everyone and the sizes meet the requirements of all. I would not hesitate to recommend this helmet to anyone seeking to have fun with safety in mind. A great all-round performer made of durable and reliable materials at a great price point.

ProsFit: I have a 58cm head and this large helmet fits a little loose but perfectly comfortable and secure.Warmth: I've used this helmet in under 7 degree weather and it has kept my head warmOptions: Headphone slips, I haven't used them yet I use an exterior system for that.Protection: It works great for protection. I was probably doing over 20mph or so, flew through the air and slammed my head on the ground without any issues. I got right back up and continued on my merry way.Cons:In some areas it looks a little cheap but I don't feel like the protection has been neglected. Also there are no vent options like many of the other helmets. Either way I feel safe in it.

This was my first time skiing, and I wanted a good quality helmet that matched my ski jacket, so I went with this for the color scheme and brand. Not only was it very comfortable and sturdy, but it really kept my head warm in very cold conditions. I have a pretty big head and the large fit me well, as measured according to the size guide. The flaps on the sides are, as mentioned, very warm and I usually didn't even need any other cover on my head. I did fall a lot learning and this really held up to any impact on my head.Really recommended, for looks, comfort and safety.

Its important to find a helmet you like because otherwise you wont wear it and that can be dangerous for most sports. I bought this helmet for snowboarding based on reviews and feedback I read in different forums. I've already done all the work and research need to find a great looking, warm, well built, and comfortable helmet. Look no further this is the one. Myself and many other agree that the SO Holt is one of the best looking helmets out there. it looks just like the pictures show and feels great. The outside is a matte finish which I think looks way better than those sun-reflecting glossy helmets. Inside if full of cushioning which is removable so that you can adjust them for summer use as well. VERY comfortable! My gopro sticky mounts hold onto the helmet just fine as well. Hope this helps and if your looking for a comfortable helmet that wont make you look dorky, this is it! Oh and did I mention the awesome price??! One of my best buys!

Casco comodo, leggero e ventilato: insomma ben fatto. Cercavo un casco che oltre ad essere leggero avesse anche l'imbottitura morbida, siccome porto le protesi acustiche (impianti cocleari). Riesco a indossarli senza problemi con un sottocasco, consiglio in caso l'acquisto di una taglia più grande e poi lo registrate con la rotella posteriore. Il colore opaco è davvero molto bello.

This is a really basic helmet...A note on size, I have measured diameter 56 cm on my head and i ordered size S, it is a bit small and tight, should have oredered M...I should have paid paid a little more and bought a better helmet, it is not comfortable and the feeling of safety is not there...do youfself a favor and fork out 100 EUR for a decent helmet.
