The Shiva Sutras

In my opinion, the definitions and explanations of the Sutras are fantastic. Would wholeheartedly recommend to any English speaking follower or Lord Shiva. 🔱 Har Har Mahadev 🔱

I love this edition because the author explains the sutras in the notes in a beautiful, expansive way.

Maybe it was lost in translation? How many of us have read to concentrate on the tip of the nose, when it would have made more sense, as Sri Chaudri says, to concentrate on the area of the nose that starts at the Ajna chakra. To most English readers, I believe, the tip of the nose is where the nostrils are. I abandoned that idea long ago as the third eye made more sense to me, and Yogananda had suggested to do so.I like this translation, and it helps keep me on track. I wish this was in hardback.Thank you Sri Chaudri for this great paperback.
