Wrecking Ball was a Hit.
My toddler enjoys this series and the Bizzy Bear series as well. This is another hit for him. He REALLY enjoyed the wrecking ball page and the "boom" "crash" sound effects I supplied while he "worked".Personally I think it would have been even better if they used more workable machinery like that page, maybe an excavator or bulldozer instead of the less entertaining slides later in the book.

was not as exciting as we expected it to be
I like the idea of this book. You slide things back and forth to make objects move within the scene. This gimmick works particularly well with construction equipment where items are being lifted, lowered, bashed with wrecking balls, and built higher. However, the book seems short with only 4 scenes and cover, plus there is no engaging story, and some motions felt poorly utilized. We will have to see what my 17 month old thinks... but i think he may need to be a tad older with more of an imagination to get into this book.

Not as sturdy as expected
I expected this to be as sturdy as the Nosy Crow books or Busy Bear series. Unfortunately, they’re a bit flimsier, though the features are cool! If your child is especially hard on books, this one might be short-lived.

Durable interactive book for toddlers
My son adores the Busy line of push/pull/slide books. The interactive components on each page are fun for kids to manipulate and much more durable than standard flaps (like the kind in “Where’s Spot?” which my son promptly tore off).

My boys LOVE these books
My boys LOVE these books! It's perfect to introduce to children around 15 months. I bought them for a recent trip and gave it to them to "read" on the plane. I didn't give it to them before the trip because I wanted to make it something "new" for them. They spent 30 minutes just sliding, pulling, pushing, etc all the neat little elements in this book. I like that there are no flaps. Older kids might like them but for my 15 month olds, they just like tearing flaps. You do have to supervise them while reading the book to make sure they don't pull the tabs out too hard. Overall, it's very sturdy!

Cute tot book!
My kiddo loves these books. We read something every night at bedtime, and these are some of his favorites (maybe because it's more "active" and he's trying to stay awake!?). Overall, it's simple, but it's still a cute tot book.

Great interactive books.
My 18-month old has loved these books for 6 months. She loves how interactive they are. Unfortunately we had to re-buy because she attempted to fold the book backwards, which broke the book in 4ths. No star taken off for that though because toddlers are wrecking balls.

My 3 year old loves it.
I wish there were more words so that it took a bit longer to read, but my toddler thinks it's the best book ever.

good but flimsy
My son loved it and yes it is entertaining for little fingers but it is easily ripped. He is 19 months and we have not ahd this problem with the spot books or the buggy books.
