Welcome to Smellville (Garbage Pail Kids Book 1)

Dear gods what have I gotten myself into with this series? Okay. So went do you get when you mix R.L.Stine and The Garbage Pail Kids? The most interesting, nostalgic book ever.The story is told by ten of the GPK and as such it's absolutely all over the place. Its definitely funny, but I absolutely felt a brain cell or two wither and die. The whole story is complete nonsense, but kids are absolutely going to love it and I think it would be a great way to get stubborn readers to read a whole book.I give this bol book 5 of 5 Paws because R.L.Stine has only secured his three decade long legend status with this gross, but fun read.

I introduced my GPK collection to my 3 boys aged 11, 10, and 9. I saw this book and when I saw RL Steine was the author I had no hesitation ordering it. When I received it my oldest who is not a big reader read the whole book within 2 days. Then the other 2 boys read it. We can't wait for the 2nd book.

I am a huge Garbage Pail Kids collector & had to have Welcome to Smellville for my collection!It is disgustingly adorable! It is hilarious & beautifully illustrated by bestselling author R.L. Stine. There are also bonus Garbage Pail Kids cards included with every hardcover!! Definitely a must have for the big kid collector or the tween book lover!

This book is great! The book was definitely well made. The words and pictures in the book are clearly printed (no fading/smudging). The extra GP cards in the back of the book are an added bonus!

this just brings back childhood memories and is just fun to read. Gross but fun.. Recommend know that it is gross content...

I didn't receive the free stickers in the Book.

Got mine, cards as well as everything else in tact and in great shape. Awesome for collectors and kids.

For starters It was raining/snowing and the person who delivered it placed it securely between my front doors. So my copies came in perfect conditions. I grew up reading and watching goosebumps so having him sign theise books is incredible. He signed it using green Inc too! My cards were in mint condition wrapped and stuck to the back of the book. Even they're great. I'm very happy with this purchase and I know my son is going to be thrilled to open this up on Christmas as well as my nephew when he gets his on his bday. So I am overall very happy

The book is very much for kids, but the stunning artwork andbexcluauve collector cards make this a must buy for all GPK fans too!
