Well made, does the job for the most part.
I just ordered two more pair which gives me a total of 5 pair. I am very pleased with the fit and that for the most part they meet my absorption needs. I have had prostate surgery and am still being treated but seem to have caught it in time. Occasionally I add a depends pad which the pouch holds both securely and discretely. This really does the trick for times when I am doing heavy work or will be away from a bathroom for an extended period of time. I do not machine dry,, thats why I have several pair. Again I am very satisfied with the results

Does not hold a lot like Depend does. Absorbtion not great. Comfort is excellent.

I gave this product three stars because someone tried, someone made a decent effort to assist in men's incontinence products but the price you pay is steep and that can be measured when you have incontinence issues. One pair of underwear for $25 is pretty steep and not very effective. I think they fell short when they could have put a pocket or pouch where you could have used a pad. But I guess the ideas for you to continue to buy more underwear so that someone gets rich. But it doesn't help you in the middle of a restaurant or in public. I like these underwear. My disappointment was the price. I would have bought three or four a dozen maybe but they're not effective after prostate cancer surgery. I have little patience for products that are ineffective. the underwear was something that I was looking for I was hoping someone had manufactured, it's not just the price there had to be some quality control some poor guy walking around in wet underwear should have suggested some changes. Or maybe that wasn't the idea. I don't know a pouch in the front that you could have put a pad in Would have made all the difference in the world so the worst I would have to do is go into the bathroom and change that pad not changed my underwear, I am disappointed. The fit was nice. The look was nice. They even seem pretty durable but they're only good for one cough and for $25 a pair! I could begin manufacturing my own. Incontinence is really important to most men who have issues and having to change underwear in a men's room. I don't care how much they cost. I wouldn't want to buy them it's embarrassing enough to have the problem but they have to go into a stall and take your pants off where are you going to put this wet product while you finish shopping or whatever you're doing in life? A pad would have been simplistic. I will not buy these again. Not until they make some changes. go to sams and buy the pull-ups they sell are not bulky and much more comfortable and definitely not noticeable. Very disappointed this was an opportunity for someone to get it right but something clouded Good thinking. I really wanted this to work.

Good fit, zero accidents, but expensive
Small size fit me perfectly (5’ 6”, 150 pounds). Absorbent area fits snuggly but comfortably with a good seal. Best for drips and dribbles (recovering from a radical prostatectomy) but not for major leakage. Gives you confidence all day for long road trips, or for a late night out on the town with friends and family (as long as you don’t have major, persistent incontinence). Ended up with 4 pairs, but that was a total of around $100! Very expensive, but gets the job done.

Protect dry underware
My husband ordered two pairs of the Protect Dry under ware and I washed one pair, as suggested. He felt that the under ware was most uncomfortable and will not wear it. We have one unopened container, in its original, is it possible to return that unopened container for a refund.I wrote the above request for a refund on 3/12, but have never received an answer to my request. I admit that I missed the return date by 1 day, but I would like to go on record that the company did not have the decency to respond. Because February does not contain 30 or 31 days, my request for a refund, was within a 30 day period.I repeat, never would we buy this under ware from Protect Dry Men nor would we ever recommend it to anyone! Had I been give a choice of a no star rating, I would have done that!

Did not solve my problem
Nothing is wrong with the product. I have severe incontinence after prostate surgery and radiation cystitis. I use pull-ups to hold my pads so that I may change them without removing my pants and shoes. Over a day, the pull-up shreds. I hoped that the brief might better hold the pad. need more absorbance further back. Not a success
