What result will light brown have on black hair?

My hair color is black and I use dark brown to cover my grey hair. After a week or two, it will turn to kind of highlight effects. Honestly, I quite like it. However, if you use light brown on darker hair I am not sure it will show any color at all!

Yes you need to wash your hair to rid of some residues. Then apply the conditioner.

I didn’t have any problems with staining. I put petroleum jelly on my face near my hair line.
