As described- beautiful piece
The piece is beautiful and rustic and it’s a beautiful add to my fireplace. Here is the “but”….it arrived with a good size gap in the wood. I notified the company and they promptly reached out to me and I appreciate that. We settled that they would reimburse me 10% but did so because I thought we could flip the mantle where are the cracked piece not be visual however I was wrong. The holes are already screwed into one side of the mantle and there’s no changing that so the crack in this mantle is obviously visible. The tile workers creating the fireplace ended up attaching it to the fireplace. It arrived cracked directly from the shipper as there was no missing pieces in the box which tells me that it was cracked there so they should’ve never shipped this piece to me. It wasn’t worth a 10% credit back to me. I paid a lot for this piece and I’m not thrilled.

Excellent Purchase
Love this mantel! The seller was very responsive and helped me order a custom cut with ease. I purchased an unfinished beam and stained it black to best match my color scheme.

Beautiful Shelves but Hard to Install
These are beautifully real reclaimed wood shelves. Only complaint is they were very difficult install as you must drill very large deep holes into this dense wood. But it was worth the effort!

Cooperative Seller and nice rustic look
Seller was very nice to cut my mantle to my specified length and it was absolutely perfect in size! The color was perfect too as I asked for some thing not too dark. See how well it matches the corbels that I already had. Therefore, I did not use the mounting system. I have 2 complaints: The bottom of my mantle was not level and it wobbled on the corbels. One side was flat and fit on the corbel and the other side was slightly slanted therefore I had to use the orange cloth to cover that gap. The other complaint is all the holes in the front of the mantle. I know it’s supposed to be rustic so the holes didn’t overly bother me but when you could see rods or nails or something in those holes, that looked unsightly to me. I took a picture of one of the holes with the nail head exposed so you could see what I mean. Again, I covered it with the orange cloth. The overall finished look is perfect for my Santa Fe condo!
