Where are the screws?
picked these for price... seem okay... just no mounting screws and no directions.I am a DIY guy and a little help would have been great.But seriously... no mounting screws?

Direct replacement - work great!
Right...they don't come with screws. Use the ones you already have or buy some others. Other than that, they fit and they work. I made a light outline of the old ones on the wood so that the new ones would be aligned correctly. The screw holes are not all identical, but the runner have lots of holes to choose from. A light duty electric screw driver really helped.

NOT Full Extension
Product quality is good. But I trusted the reviews regarding full extension... these are not full extension (which have three (3) tracks). Comments regarding full extension should be removed.I replaced existing drawer slides in the bathroom, but unfortunately it does not open far enough to get the trash bin in and out, (and it did with the old slides). Yes, I can make it work, but it is not what I expected.
