This stuff is what you want from top-notch pasta: great texture, cooks exactly as described, and (due to its shape and molding, with little ridges on the outer part of the "wheels") absorbs sauce extremely well. It's expensive, but this particular pasta shape is almost impossible to find where I live, and it has a special place in my heart from when I was a small child. No regrets, will 100% buy again.

I needed something really special for my lobster macaroni and cheese and this looked good and was delivered very quickly, so in spite of having no reviews I took a chance. It turned out amazing and I would definitely buy this (and the company's other offerings) again when I need special pasta. I make pasta from scratch but making this beautiful shape would definitely be beyond my skills, so thank you! We first tasted Maestri Pastai Strozzapretti 🍝 at a friends home 🏡. It was absolutely delicious. We were intrigued when we learned the story of how Maestri Pastai Strozzapretti 🍝 originally got it’s name.It is such a hearty pasta 🍝 that we decided order more for home. This has now become a family favorite. We cycle it through our menu plan every 2-3 weeks. I definitely recommend trying Strozzapreti pasta 🍝 and having a new eating adventure.

Does not get any better than this fusilli. It’s the real authentic pasta found in the hill towns near Naples. Add a good quality tomato sauce and you’ll have the best you’ve ever tasted.

I saw this pasta used in a recipe on Instagram with vodka sauce, and immediately went to order it. I thought it was a great deal, and it was delicious! I made the recipe that I found, and also used it in a pasta salad, which I found was great for that because of the shape of the pasta.

This pasta rates like you made it yourself. In a cold pasta salad, it readily absorbs the dressing. Baked into a chicken casserole, it provides flavor and heft. If you're used to grocery store pasta, this is a definite step up. Just note that it does take longer to get to al dente than the standard U.S. brands.
