Yes robotization is removing jobs, but it's creating more. Big changes are coming but Lanteri's advice to business leaders is to stay hopeful and to stay sharp. A must read if you're studying entrepreneurship or launching a business and are feeling uncertain.

Very interesting insights on how the strategy should adapt to the new industrial revolution. I loved the examples and case studies, feeding my personal thoughts on the subject.If you don't have your copy yet ... get one.

Well focused and concise introduction into ways or working in the new economy
If you need a quick and well written description of the trends that characterize the new ways of working under the new economy, this is your book. Of course you will find the same material scattered over many articles in the web but the author has made a good job summarizing and rationalizing current trends into the six topics that conform the book. The word "industrial" is a bit misleading. I think "business" is a better work because the trends are applicable to any business.
