Ingredients Heaven - Finest Belgian Ruby Chocolate Couverture - 900g

I first bought this intending to use it as couverture for Japanese mochi donuts. I'm now on my third bag and the donuts have yet to feel the benefit of this glorious chocolate because the drops were just too tempting as snacks or made into hot chocolate. Given the price of ruby chocolate in bar form, this is a serious bargain. Rich, fruity, tangy, and delicious, even for those of us usually indifferent to regular chocolate. The next plan is to find the willpower to put some aside for ruby choc chip cookies.

I had a craving for ruby chocolate so I went straight to amazon and found this. Ordered it and it came the next day. As far as flavour, its as expected; a sort of fruity white chocolate that's not as sweet as a milky bar.It arrived in a smallish resealable bag with little "buttons" of Ruby chocolate inside. It was easy to melt, temper, use and eat lol we covered cake pops with it, ate it as it was and made chocolate shapes.4 stars cos we ate 150g between 4 of us (equivalent to a standard bar of choc) and we all got the squits lol

I used this product for home made chocolate, it was lovely to have a different flavour, all be it was a little expensive, wanted to try something new.
