It's a tire on a wheel
It showed up on time. We mounted it on the 20' office trailer and pulled it 140 miles at 45-65mph. Never gave us any problems. Came with the correct pressure. I'd buy another one if I needed it. Thanks

Completely satisfied with the tire and rims. This was much easier than buying unmounted tires and have to deal with taking them to be mounted or trying to mount them myself. If I could give over 5stars I would.
