I am 5’ 00” as well but about 100 lb. I ordered an XS and the waist fit OK, but the length was FAR too long. So, no size will fit if you’re 5’ tall unfortunately.

Q: Are these tall girl friendly (5’7) ?

Well I'm 5'3" and I ordered a Medium - they fit nicely - not too tight loose in the right places. For me the M hit right at the bottom of my ankle with the bows tied. Being 4 inches taller they will probably hit above your ankle slightly but the bow can be loosened or tightened. I reallllllly love these pants and I already bought my sister a pair and I bought another color for a total of 3 pairs for myself.. The emerald green is my favorite. I received countless compliments on the color and the pants from men and women.
