Old Skool Wii Classic Pro Controller Compatible with Wii and WiiU White

When I play video games, sometimes I play a game all at once or take rather long breaks in between the video game itself. I am not a hard core gamer by any means, but also not a once in a while player also. Two other controllers that I had bought from a different company broke in less than a year. I use these controllers mostly for Zelda, possibly other games in the future. The controller itself is not much different in my opinion. I think the biggest problem is that they feel rather flimsy and like they can break easily. With that being said, I am a Zelda addict and therefore, needed a controller fast knowing it would be cheap and hoping that it would last longer than just a few months. I got this product about a month ago and so far I have loved it. While I felt the other controllers break on me almost instantly, this controller continues to remain strong. My daughter dropped it a couple times, but it still continued to hold up to it's usage. I have no problems with the buttons sticking or joystick/movement issues. This is a wonderful option if you are not a big fan of buying 30 dollar controllers. I will continue to update this review and see how much use we get out of it.

Waited a whole week for this to come, just to find out it doesn’t even work. On the rare occasion that it would send signals to the Wii, they were random inputs and I had no control. My recommendation to anyone reading this is that you simply buy an official controller, even if it’s more expensive than you’d like. You can at least be sure it will actually function the way it should. Hoping I get a refund.

Way better than the original classic controller

Got this message after unplugging/replugging to the Wiimote. Never any response to button presses and then the message. I have a 2nd generation Wii. Returning for refund. Update 2/10/25: It works, I was just trying it on a game that doesn’t support these types of controllers (Super Mario Bros.) at all. It works perfectly on Mario Kart Wii!

When I got it, it was broken. It didn't connect or anything and I couldn't return it.
