Note the item is not built for disassembly (e.g. for cleaning) - it firmly clips together and stays that way - if you pried it open the tiny clips would soon break. Review: I bought this because I was making a fog chiller for Halloween. Needed this to mount a small fan onto a 4" to 2" PVC reducer inside the chiller to create a positive pressure atmosphere to keep pushing the fog out even after the fog machine stopped. I hot glued this to the PVC reducer and my fan just pops into this, now I can remove the fan in off season. Needless to say this worked perfect and fit my 120mm fan (which is water proof). This was the last piece I needed to complete my fog chiller.
