The reasons for us purchasing this device are sad but important to know. We lost our previous child and needed something to help us cope with the anxiety of coping with a new baby. This device is excellent - it works as describes and gives us peace of mind. We have been using it since our child was born three months ago and use it every single night. The watch is comfortable to wear and our baby doesn't mind wearing the sensor at all which is really quite small. The alerts the watch give are very very fast and enough to wake you up if you need to be aware of something - I now have peace of mind that should he roll onto his front or have any issues with his breathing this device will alert me instantly. We're so grateful that we found this; I'm not sure what we would do without it. There are many features that we haven't used but I'm sure will be useful to others such as tracking feeds, activity etc. For us though this is primarily about safety and monitoring baby health and wellbeing and providing peace of mind.Thank you so much to the team who came up with this device - the customer service is of the highest quality. I sense they are a small company but it means they are very responsive. We had an issue with the watch after owning it for around six weeks - I emailed the support line, got a response within a few minutes and a new watch was with me the following morning. The team talked me through how to use the accompanying phone app to give alerts for that night instead of the watch whilst it was unavailable. I can't think of many companies who could provide a level of service like this.I strongly recommend this product to new parents.

I went back and forth about a breathing monitor throughout my pregnancy. Lots of people told me it would make me more anxious but the day after we brought her home I ordered this for next day delivery! I am so glad I did.The monitor has been used every day and night and my baby is now 7 weeks old. We have never had an issue with any false alarms which I was initially worried about. I definitely sleep better knowing this is on her.The clip on is totally fine for them to wear as well, she doesn’t even notice it it’s so lightweight and doesn’t irritate her.The tracking of sleep, feed and nappy changes is great too, especially in the very early days when midwives and health visitors are asking about this and you’re literally too tired to remember!The monitor is really accurate at taking her temperature as I have also taken a reading with another thermometer. I’m not sure of the accuracy in room temperature though, seems to say it’s slightly warmer than it is but that isn’t really an issue.When this first arrived I had a problem with the watch not working but I contacted customer service and they were amazing they sent out a new one straightaway. I think some of Amazon stock is maybe faulty so not sure if you are better ordering direct from bluebell.This monitor is obviously much more expensive than some but I’m so glad we invested in this. It does look quite cheap but I wouldn’t let that put you off, as long as it does the job it’s not a big deal. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind it gives and if it helps you sleep better thats priceless!

Originally bought this from Amazon and received one that had clearly been used and returned. Sent this back and bought direct from the company. However felt I needed to review the actual product as I'm really happy with it.This is a great monitor - I find it so reassuring that it is constantly monitoring my baby's breathing when we are asleep, or she is out of my eyeline e.g. in the car or pram. The watch makes it very easy to see what's wrong and I like that it doesn't beep in the middle of the night but vibrates which is plenty to wake me. The charging dock is really nice as it doubles as a nightlight- plenty bright enough to do a night feed by - and also plays white noise. I wish I'd bought it as soon as my baby was born!

Brilliant product and great customer serviceWe had some issues with ordering from amazon, but this was quickly rectified by Bluebell.The actual product and Bluebell staff are fantastic. Can’t wait to use when our baby comes.Would recommend to order directly from Bluebell and speak with their customer service. They explained everything about the product in great detail and was super interesting to learn.Husband also very happy with the product!

I would recommend this monitor! Although I bought for our new born I haven’t really got the value from it until now, at 4 months. I soon got over my paranoia about her breathing, so stopped using the heart monitor after the first week. I really like the listening capability on my phone and also the routine app for tracking all the feeds and sleeps through the day. With everything on my phone I don’t use the watch - but others probably prefer the watch so good to have the option. My only frustration is the home WiFi because although it ‘works’ without - as I want to listen in I do need the WiFi to operate the hub; we got a cheap radio one to cover when WiFi is dodgy.

As soon as you take this out the box you realise its made with the cheapest possible materials. It's feels like a microwave meal plastic box. The speaker is horrific, it sounds like a ringtone on an early mobile phone, completely unaccountable in 2021. The connectivity his terrible and the baby monitor on mine would not make connection to the smart hub. To say this is £250 is rediculas, it feels like one at the lower end of the market. I returned mine.

Love this monitor.Gives great peace of mind whilst baby is sleeping. Clip-on monitor is small enough that our son doesnt seem to realise it's even on, and the smart watch vibrates well enough to wake us up when an alert happens. The base unit had a range of noises it can play at a range of volumes, and the nightlight in the base unit is super adjustable too. We tend to use 'pink noise' or wave sounds. The base unit also tells what the room temperature is which has been really handy.Would recommend as a great alternative to a video monitor, as you don't find yourself staring at a screen whilst baby is sleeping.Expensive for a baby monitor but worth the money!
