This strut did not last 6 months...It's a waste of money and time to purchase this part from this manufacturer.

Longevity (Nonexistent)
Less than 4 months and they're already making noise. 30 day warranty only. 2 stars since it's a complete assembly.

Direct fit and work well...but...
The assembly works fine and bolted right into place on my 2005 Toyota Solara. However, when the weather is cold and ONLY when it's cold (below 50) they make a groaning sound like rubber grinding against rubber.

Way to Purchase Struct Assemblies
This is the way to replace structs on a car. Three bolts and three nuts later and out it come. There is a great video on the Internet on a popular web site that has a video presentation of how to remove and replace the struct. Watch it and you'll be prepared to have an enjoyable experience replacing this item.

The complete strut assembly is currently on my car and doing fine! To say I love the parts may be a stretch, but my mechanic says the "Complete" Strut Assembly is the only way to do a great job easily.
