The images are misleading
The product I received is a Tobo USB SATA connector. The connector does not support USB-C speeds. It's a USB-A connector with USB-C adapter.

Outstanding performance at a great price
I used this to connect a SK hynix gold S31 SSD (560MB/sec) with SATAIII port (6.0Gbps) to a Macbook Pro with lightning port (10Gbps). The theoretical top speed should be around 560MB/sec. Using this adapter I got 569MB/sec read and 531MB/sec write on CrystalDiskMark. Bottom line: this adapter offers outstanding performance at a great price. If you spend less on a usb to sata adapter, you will likely get substantially reduced performance.

Add an SSD for a quick portable drive
I love this gadget. Got a SATA 3 SSD? Got a few of them? Use this to hook them up and use them like over-sized memory cards. I store my Adobe Lightroom Catalogs on them....handy.

Reçu rapidement je l'ai acheté pour transférer mes videos enregistré sur atomos ninja V, fonctionne très bien voir photo du speedtest. je fais des montage 4k directement sur disque dur relié via cette adaptateur sur pc je recommande

Neuer MAC mit USB-3.1
Als Mac User kennt man das ja schon, mit jeder (mindestens) zweiten Generation ändern sich die Schnittstellen und somit auch die Kabel.Mit diesem Adapter habe ich es gesachafft von meinem alten MBP von die Daten von den SATA'S zu übertragen
