I opted for the 26” version as it was the optimal length for battling pesky home intruders in confined spaces like hallways or stairways, but I may need a bit more practice in close quarter fighting as my 1st practice run has seen the end to the air wick freshmatic that was on the hallway landing the wife purchased last week which didn’t please her as it was the last “special edition” one Asda had and now I’m a childish wa@@er that needs to grow up apparently ! But she’ll get over it..........but best I don’t tell her about the owl ornament her nan gave us for Christmas 2 years ago !!!

Cheap home-security system
With the current pandemic you never know if we'll end up with roving bands of Mad Max-like marauders trying to steal the toilet paper of law-abiding citizens such as yours truly. The pandemic started with a bat, so if a bat can help mitigate some of its apocalyptic effects then there's some poetic justice in that.

Mr Bronx sleeping in the car
Personally I feel its a little light but I think god forbid if the time comes it will last one usage depending on what you hit. I looked at a lot of bats but I feel I made the right choice. Wood over metal as the metals bats bend and snap most reviews I read on them.

Reassuring
Mine lives under the bed.Very reassuring when investigating any noises in the night.Lovely solid feel in the hand.Fun to swing.Probably also v good for baseball!

Real nice bat
This is a Christmas present for my teenage daughter... She wants it to add to her wall... Arrived well packed... But would have been nice to have had it own box other than the amazon boxing!! Even to pay abit extra well worth the money delivery was good too...Im happy with itThanks
