Poor shipping and handling product care or support
Why would you ship a fairly expensive and nice hat in a bag that can be smashed or damaged? I don't understand why this was done now the had is deformed and essentially ruined beyond repair.

El producto es original sin duda, vi en otras reseñas que les había llegado maltratada la gorra pero a mí le llegó bien. Es verdad, llega en una bolsa por algún motivo. La compré "blank" para poder hacerla a mi gusto.

Favorite hat
