Yes they come disassembled in three lengths, three per end.

What is the exact size of the canopy? Is the 8’ the size of the rod or the canopy?

The size given is for the canopy. The rod is slightly longer with eyelets at each end to allow for hanging or anchoring.

Where can I find rods replacement?

I ordered custom 11X 34 and they didn't send rod. Very bad experience I had with this company
