This product is simply waste of money ; my dog has epi disease I ordered this product after reading positive reviews but this product is simply useless 😐

My dog has been suffering with severe allergy problems for about 7 years. I experimented with many foods and settled on Taste of the Wild about 2 yrs ago. This helped some but still did not keep her comfortable. She smelled bad, had constant skin issues (infections, flaky skin, excessive oiliness), ripped her hair out by the bushel, had chronic ear infections with weepy goopy eyes, and acted obsessive compulsively about licking herself. Repeated trips to the vet produced sympathetic responses, but nothing that really helped. I had to treat her ears pretty much every day with Otomax or Panalog or she had them ripped open and bleeding. She couldn't be outside for very long because she would get excessively itchy. Giving her antihistamines and bathing her with cortizone were somewhat useful but I didn't feel it addressed the problem, just covered the symptoms enough to make things bearable for her. A friend of mine whose dog seemed to have similarly severe issues told me that she tried putting her dog on probiotics and saw an improvement. Willing to give it a try I purchased this product and the Probiotic Miracle in mid-December. When it arrived, I was skeptical that it would help; after all, if this was the answer, why didn't the vet recommend doing this a long time ago? Well, I will tell you that my dog has been on this for a month, and she is growing all of her hair back, she no longer smells awful, she has not had a single ear infection, and she is generally much calmer and happier. She is still getting some eye goopiness but that may be things working their way out or due to the dryness in the house since it's winter. We'll see if it keeps up. I was told by my friend that the person who told her about using probiotics said that you need to give them for as many months as the dog is old in years to see the true results. I have 10 months to go in that case, but I am thrilled so far. I would highly recommend this combination for anyone with a dog who has allergic problems or just skin issues in general. I am going to try them for my cat next because she loves to barf her food on my carpets, and I am wondering if this will help with that.

I have a german shepherd with EPI and there were times I thought I would lose my dog to his condition. I tried everything, but the medications either didn't work or were unreasonably expensive and didn't last at all. I was tired of taking him out on adventures and having people looking at me like i was purposely starving my dog and felt hopeless.This medicine works well and in 3 months, I've used about half the jar. In the beginning I was too eager about making my dog a healthy weight and over fed him, don't do this take your time with the medicine. I fed him twice a day (3 cups total) with 2 scoops of the medicine in each meal. In about a month he was eating 5cups a day and I've capped the amount of food there. He also gets one spoonful of (dog safe) peanut butter a day because he loves it and it's fattening. I do this only during feed time so there is till medicine in his system. I also avoid giving him treats unless he's close to feeding time (try ice cubes or toys for rewards). This powder does work with cheap dog foods, but I don't recommend it as they are just fillers. Try something with salmon (fattening) or chicken and grain free foods. Overall I couldn't have gotten this far without this medication, and I'm happy that it has lasted so long and has been so efficient.

Mi perro sufre de IPE y se adelgazo y su heces eran liquidas hasta que probé y si puedo decir que estas enzimas son milagrosas, tomo un tiempo pero ya las heces del perro son duras nuevamente solo hay que ir ajustando la dosis según la cantidad de comida y lito. Estas enzimas si rinden pueden durar hasta 3 meses dependiendo de la dosis que le des al perro si compras el envase de 364 cucharadas, aparte tiene un excelente precio. También es muy importante la dieta que le des a tu perro para mas ayuda habla con tu veterinario.

Upset stomach and diarrhea no more. Our 13yr old whippet has struggled to digest any food well since she was 2. We’ve been to vet food specialists and tried everything you can list including a whole allergen protocol. The only thing that works is a simple ground with bones raw food, rotating proteins through duck, chicken, rabbit, sardines and the right enzymes are a must, even though she is not an EPI dog. I’d say she’s close. We’ve tried them and it worked but she doesn’t like the way it tastes. We used an enzyme that went on backorder for months and I had to start trying others. After 2-3 fails, we found nusentia. This is excellent stuff. We stayed with it even though the other was back in stock eventually. We feed raw whole food saw it’s moist and easy to stir in. As compared to other enzymes this one is a fine powdery grind that should work well with anything damp. It seems to have no disagreeable taste to her and zero smell. We use double what they suggest but that’s common for our whippet so the cost is higher for us. I order the large jar now. The small one is great to try it out. Definitely a great product.
