Nouri, Organic Ashwagandha Capsules, Sleep Aid, Anxiety Relief, Stress Relief Supplement 120 Capsules 500mg Extract per Serving, Vegan & Vegetarian

I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for a few months but with limited access to my GP and lack of face to face appointments I decided to search for a natural remedy. The reviews on these capsules were good and the price was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. They arrived very quickly and the following day I also received a lovely email from the company giving details of a helpline should I need advice. As directed I started taking two capsules daily, morning and evening. They are quite large but easy to swallow and have no taste. I've been taking them now for a week and am pleased to say that I can already see the benefits. I'm sleeping much better. I usually only sleep for five hours a night and can be awake two or three times during these hours. The last two nights I have slept for almost seven hours and only women once. My panic attacks are also less frequent and less intense. The things that normally make me anxious are affecting me less and I seem to be coping better with everyday life. The tub contains three months supply and I'll definitely be buying more if they continue to work this way.

I was recommended these by my nutritionist coach to help with stress and sleep. Had never even heard of them before but was willing to give them a try.I take 1 per day, first thing in morning with some other supplements (probiotics, vitD, apple cider vinegar, tumeric). No bad taste, easy to drink with some water.I really think these are adding benefit to my health. I’ve been taking them now for 2 months now so held off giving a review, but I feel a good improvement in my overall mood. I also find I sleep deeper at bedtime (I work shifts so my sleep pattern is all over the place anyway) but my quality appears improved on the nights I get to bed at a ‘normal’ time.Great value considering the number of capsules you get per tub. Will last a few months. I would recommend!!

EVERYTIME I BUY IT IT CHANGES PRICE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED WAS £5 next 4 month purchase £7 AND NOW £9??? WHATS GOING WITH THE PRICE???

I think that this supplement did work for me and I did feel calmer and sleep better, and more deeply. However, the unwanted side effect of ashwangandha on me was a constant and sometimes painful bloated sensation and wind. At times it felt like I was an over-inflated tyre! Most uncomfortable. I gave the supplement a week and a half but just couldn't hack it any more after that so stopped. It took a few days for the feeling to subside and to feel normal again. I was a little disappointed in that I do feel it helped my mindset and rest values but ther stomach problems just didn't make it worth it overall.

I had been trying Kalms Lavendar and they are alright but they leave an after taste of Lavendar, are very expensive and not vegan friendly I found out. Nouri vitamins are sustainable, a small family run business, vegan friendly and I adore the packaging! I've never thought of using the word beautiful to describe vitamins but I can with these ones. I have another couple I want to order so I can try switch over for the vitamins thst are available for me to switch.The customer service is amazing too, I had zero issues but the company still checked to make sure my order was all okay for me. If you need any vitamins and Nouri has them, I woke get them from Nouri.The Ashwagandha tablets are a dream to take -the capsules are a reasonable size, tub easy to open and I felt the affect the first day of taking rhem.

After a week of taking the ashwagandha I noticed the change in my health. I felt stronger, healthier and moreover happier.I had read they were good for mental health, and I can’t fault looking forward to a new day!I would recommend.N.B They certainly tend to cause wind, which is something we all have in common, but after a fortnight, I couldn’t stop farting! >3

Last October I bought some of Nouris Ashwagandha powder. Having just finished it and being really pleased with both price and the effects, I thought I would buy more and I also get some Maca and Lions Mane. This time I went for capsules as an easier to take options….bad mistake. I received the 3 containers from Matcha Matcha next day. When my partner was putting them in the cupboard she noticed all 3 products had use by dates well before I could possibly have taken them by! The worst was the Ashwaganda…120 capsules, recommended dose was 1-2 per day. Received on the 7/3 use by date 21/3. The others also ran out in April. Be careful to check the use by dates people
