Fantastic Book
This is the perfect raw food lover's book. It not only looks amazing as an art book, but the recipes work, they're pretty simple and they're delicious. There is a good introduction to raw food at the beginning, the why, how and what basics you need. But even if you've been making raw food for years, there are new flavour combinations to be had. A raw curry sauce mixing fresh mango and tomatoes - that wouldn't have occurred to me. Delicious. Sprouted buckwheat and olive slices that look like rice cakes but taste 100% better. Smoky activated almonds. Salt and vinegar kale crisps - a whole bag of hard-work-to-eat-kale in this form, gone in minutes. It's so good to have savoury snacks to hand. And as for the cakes and sweet stuff - the pictures are sumptuous, the cakes divine. I've always been a bit nervous of making fermented foods - the instructions are so simple. I think it's clear I love this book, and I have many raw recipe books. It's a perfect Christmas or birthday present for a novice or experienced raw foodie. Don't hold back!

Great, encouraging book, with loads of info!
Before you is one of the greatest and most refreshing cookbooks you will find!Not only do the recipes are short and clear to follow, Paulina has also took effort to walk the reader through the basic science of eating raw food, and explained in detail a lot of techniques (like soaking, sprouting, dehydrating and many more!).And when you think you know what to expect, after you’ve read the introduction, the book surprises you with the most beautiful pictures of the food.Paulina is clearly a very knowledgeable chef, with the ability to take the reader on the journey, through a very artistic and engaging ways.I hope she continues on this path, and we get to see many more books like this one!If you’re interested in adding more raw, plant based food into your diet and don’t know where to start, or if you’re a seasoned chef searching for inspiration - this book is for you.Get it, it will become one of your favourite cook books!

Brilliant book!
Brilliant book! I absolutely love it! Beautiful and inspiring pictures, good quality thick paper. It is a pleasure to hold and read the book. I have been looking for a good raw food recipe book for many years, but I could not find the book where I like all or most of the recipes (savoury and sweet ones). I do not need to look further, this book has it all in one. I have tried several recipes from the book already and I keep trying new ones. They all are really tasty, my husband and my friends are impressed. Our favourite recipes so far are: Italian kelp noodle salad and Tiramisu. I take the book with me everywhere so I can open it and read it when I have time. I find it very inspiring. And I have an e-book version for easy use while shopping. Also I bought 3 extra books as gifts for my friends who are interested in healthy eating. What a great gift idea! I have already recommended this book to many of my friends and one of them have ordered one copy today. Thank you Paulina for your hard work bringing all the recipes to us, you are amazing!

Beautiful book with easy to make recipies (a lot of them nut-free)
First of all this is a really well made and (obviously) beautiful book! I just love all the photos (it's literally an art). Second: everything is easy to find and understand. I was worried that the recipies will be complicated and time consuming, but it's not the case at all. And it's sooo tasty! Every recipe has a simple markings next to it to let you know if it for example contains nuts. So if someone has an allergy they don't have to worry and can easily choose something for themselves (roughly half of the recipies do not include nuts - so still a lot to try out).I love this book so much that :) It makes a perfect gift so I already bought 2nd copy as a gift for my friend. I definetly recommend it!!!

Beautiful book.
I bought this some months ago when considering switching to a raw food diet. I had huge misconceptions about what this entailed, thinking that I'd just end up eating a variety of salads and nuts.How wrong I was! I'm utterly amazed at the authors ingenuity and obvious experience when putting together these recipes for this book. There's some interesting information in the introduction. The pages that then follow contain glorious pictures and recipes of meals that you'd never think were made solely from raw ingredients. And the few I've tried, taste so good.I'm not there yet with eating every meal using only raw ingredients, but this book has given me real impetus to keep trying to move over to a completely vegan, raw food diet.

Inspirationally creative raw vegan recipes that really work
I bought The Art of Raw Food on a whim, late one night. This whim turned out to be a great decision. I love this recipe book for so many reasons. Firstly, it is a joy to simply look at the stunning photos of the recipes - I want to make them ALL! Secondly, the recipes I have tried so far all work perfectly. Let's face it, there's nothing worse than recipes that don't turn out as you expect them to! Finally, this book is really wide ranging: it covers main courses, fermented foods, crackers, desserts, soups, drinks and more. It's going to be a real pleasure working my way through all the different sections and I am going to learn so much. Thank you for making the world of raw vegan food so accessible and so very exciting :)

The Most Beautiful Food Book I Have Seen
Not only is this book packed full of amazing recipes it is one of the most beautifully photographed food books I have ever seen. If you like vegan food I would recommend this book, if you like beautiful food photography this book is a must!! Reading The Art of Raw food opened my eyes wide to the huge variety of tastes and flavours possible with a vegan diet.

This is My first Real Raw Vegan Food Cook Book!! The book is amazing, the recipes are incredibly . Just an Amazing book. It covers so many Techniques that i for the first time will learn about it , I Love the Fermenting techniques and So excited to go back and use my Excalibur dehydrator!! Such of Joyful book with Stunning Photos!!

Possibly the best raw food cookbook of all time.
This is a great book indeed. I'm happy that I (probably) bought the last available copy anywhere on the web. I could have missed it. The pictures are pure art. The recipes are both healthy and tasty. The cover and the paper quality are good as well. It truly deserves it's high rating since this (really) could be the best raw food cookbook ever made. The author also provides individual courses for i.e. decoration on her website. That is something I will consider in the future.

Es el mejor libro de Raw Food que he comprado, todas las recetas son a mi gusto, facil a realizar, con fotos muy deliciosas que te abre el apetito. Es un libro de arte con una cocinera que conoce bien sus productos y los sabores. Le recomiendo para tener en su cocina, es imperativo. Gracias para compartir ese magnificas recetas.

Im Bereich Rohkost/RAW FOOD ein ganz besonderes Buch / 5 STERNE!!
Es gibt in dem Bereich Rohkost viele Bücher aber nicht alle gehen in die Tiefe, so wie dieses Buch. Paulina hat sich schon länger mit dem Thema "Rohkost" beschäftigt, dies wird schnell deutlich. Vor allem, weil Sie über 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Küchen von Veganen Restaurants als Chef gesammelt hat. Gleichzeitig betreut und berät Sie auch Restaurants und kocht für Retreat Center. Gleich zu Beginn gibt es eine sehr gute Übersicht, über die Dinge, die bei einer Rohkosternährung zu beachten sind. Zum Beispiel Vitamine etc. und Gerätschaften für die Küche das ist wichtig, weil es auch eine Grundlage für dieser Art der Ernährungsweise bildet. Die Gerichte sind ausgeklügelt, teilweise aufwendig bei der Herstellung - aber das ist okay - weil das Ergebnis einfach stimmt. Gerade die Kombination der Zutaten finde ich sehr gelungen. Viele Gerichte sind von Ihr entwickelt und als Koch kannst Du natürlich punkten, weil es einfach lecker, ungewohnt und vor allem irgendwie "besonders" ist, was bei diesen Gerichten auf den Tellern liegt. Es ist jetzt schon mein Lieblingskochbuch unter den 8 Rohkost-Büchern, die ich besitze. Wann wohl das nächste Buch von Ihr auf den Markt kommt? Ich bin gespannt!

Bellissimo libro di cucina crudista.Meravigliose foto del cibo più sano del mondo. Le ricette originali, spiegazioni come preparare piatti e consigli come sostituire certi ingredienti, che trovo molto utile.
