I love this
Very high quality. I bought this more for work on my abs. I then realized it was called a slam ball so I started using it for that. It has very little bounce but enough to catch mid air. Perfect weight at 12 lbs for me. Great value highly recommend. Oh and they have a huge variety of colors. I got orange and it looks great to me.

Good addition for working out
I like the size and durability. The texture is nice for grip but can be harsh for those with soft hands. The sand shifting was annoying at first but now I got the hang of it. Great value for the price.

Overall, I really like this slamball. It's an accurate weight, durable, and easy to grip even if your hands are sweaty. The one thing I don't like, is that the weight inside seems to move around a little bit. Sometimes that little shift throws me off. Overall, I'd absolutely purchase again for the price.

It's exactly what it's supposed to be.
The first time I used it for leg lifts while lying down, it slipped from my ankles and hit me in the face. But after that one experience we have bonded and had no issues. I guess if I had to pick a negative, the weight moves because it's sand or something like it, so just be prepared for that. So far it's been a great addition to my routine and is very durable.
