Yogi Relaxed Mind Organic Tea, 16 Tea Bags (4 Pack)

I have always struggled with my mood/restless mind and anxiety type issues, these teas work great, and taste great. I have ordered these quite a few times at this point and will continue to. They helped me to calm my mind and thoughts and chill out after a long day. Used to be a big drinker and have gotten away from that finally but I still most days need help unwinding and these definitely help with that.Highly recommend giving them a try.

One of my go-to teas for relaxing before bedtime. I love the taste and have been buying this flavor regularly for a while now. Definitely a staple in my pantry.

Every time my dad visits, even in the morning, he asks for tea. And this is his go-to. It actually does make you feel calm. It tastes lovely and slightly sweet spicy without being overwhelming. I have an entire wall dedicated to teas, literally over 100 in my house and then I have bins of extra in the storage room. Typically I’ll go through 12 bags a day because I use teas medicinally. I’d say yogi teas in general are good for that. If you have not yet gotten on the tea bandwagon, you don’t know what you’re missing. And if you’re on any meds or deal with any afflictions whatsoever and you haven’t obsessed over the magical medicinal qualities of teas and herbs, your life will be greatly improved by researching and investing in several teas. If you occasionally feel stress, for example, there is a tea called relaxed mind. I don’t even want a glass of wine anymore, haven’t had a drink in months. Often these teas actually do what they say. This one does.

I'm prone to nightmares and sleep problems. This tea before bed was a lifesaver with both of those. Slept through the night like a baby. That said, I recently found I have a serious thyroid issue and doctors don't want to seem to clarify if ashwaganda (a main ingredient) can be safely taken alongside it. I've stopped until I can find out. The thyroid is incredibly sensitive and important, so I can't take the chance. I'm suggesting you do research -- if it wasn't for the uncertainty, I'd absolutely recommend.

This tea is one of my favorites for calming my mind and body. I enjoy sipping it in the evening before I go to bed. The flavor could be off-putting if you have a 'typical' American palette which has been conditioned to a narrow range of flavors dominated by sugar and salt. But I find it so comforting and enjoy this tea many evenings each week.

Love this tea it really works. Biguht 4 boxes to bring to italy because my family there loves it too. Haven't found anything other there like this.

I do enjoy this tea, however it does take about 3 bags to get the best taste.
