Product description This organic Summer Berries pure fruit spread is made with fruit only, without refined sugar, without pectin and without any additives. It has a soft-set texture as it is simply premium grade, organic fruit packed into a jar. Unsurprisingly, it tastes purely of sun-ripened freshly picked summer berries. Of artisan quality, it is cooked gently at low temperatures, in small batches, using handpicked, fully ripe, organic fruit from the orchard. It has a very high fruit content. More than 100g of summer berries are used to make 100g of this fruit spread. Quality product nice taste
Nice fruit spread not a jam but I wanted a non sugar no pectin one as I have an immune disease, good taste very spreadable, if you like really sweet this may not be for you but if you want something of quality ingredients and no nasty ingredients then definitely buy i also have summer fruit flavour both great good on bread also put on pancakes, very nice made in Tuscany.
