I ran across my first set of FCS struts in a junk yard. They looked like new so I thought for $30 if they just got me through the winter I'd be happy. Well I'm still running those same struts 2 years later. I have since purchased FCS struts new on Amazon and put them on all my cars and trucks. These are every bit as good as Monroe in fit and ride! They last just as long if not longer. A real quality part at a very affordable price! Who says quality doesn't come cheap. Just buy them, you won't regret it!

This part is very affordable. It is a little bit difficult to deal with. It is very heavy and requires a good amount of strength and patience to get installed. If you know what you are doing and have an impact driver then it's a simple job. Dirty, loud, and time consuming but simple. They take a little bit of time to get used to once in place. Note: You should replace both struts at the same time.

FCS, although relatively unknown, can be found on www.rockauto.com as well which is the acknowledged leader in online car parts for cheaper prices. I examined these struts and find them to be equal or greater quality to name brands like Monroe or Gabriel. FCS seeks to optimize their parts and make them better than what was on your car before. Highly recommended!

Easy to install and have been a great ride now for a few months. Would be nice if the were partially "unloaded" I guess would be the term. Without spring clamps I had some difficulty on one but the other went in easily. Nice quality for the price.

So far, so good! Was fast and easy to install, everything mated up perfectly and within an hour both sides were installed!So nice to drive my car again, handles great!
