I think this is a product in beta, not ready for actual customers yet. Everything felt solid, and the water stayed pretty cold throughout the day. The biggest issue I had was that the straw kept coming loose from the inside. IDK why they didn't just fix the straw to the lids, or offer a chug lid like yeti, but either way I had to open the lids to drink every time. If you're okay with compromises, this will likely be okay. I'm not ready to compromise on basic usability, do had to return it.

This product is the best ever keeps my ice water cold for many many hours

This bottle is very pretty. Bought it as a gift for my mother. Keeps beverage hot/cold but most importantly she loves that it fits in the cup holder of her car.

Keeps my water cold all day and even into the next day!
