Sirven muy bien para mí que me cuesta trabajo respirar por la nariz por las noches, estos no se despegan.

Good for temporary relief but I’d try more holistic remedies or see a medical professional if you find yourself needing this for more than 30 days. I’ve used Breathe Right off and on for years especially after gaining weight and having sleep apnea symptoms. The one thing I don’t care for but lived with is the mark left the morning after usage otherwise it’s good.

These breathe right strips have been very helpful at night for my deviated septum and apnea. They are much easier to come off then the others and do not make me itch

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is there is only one size. If it was just 1/2 inch longer it would fit better. But it does the trick. The "bounce back" is very strong so it really works. The glue does not clog my pores but is strong enough to stay on all night. Highly recommended. If you wake up with a dry mouth in the mornings, then you need something like this.

Breathe right strips really do work for minimizing snoring and getting better rest, but unfortunately these "sensitive" strip created a giant pimple. It thought it was just me, but my boyfriend wore a strip one night and then had a pimple in the same place (and he doesn't even have sensitive skin!)It could've been a bad batch but I wouldn't risk it again .... personally, I'd rather be tired at work than deal with the pimple issue!
