Just dont buy
We ordered two. Got the same one twice and then one came broken and didn’t wheel correctly. The plastic is a strong plastic though.

I only got two. One was in a damaged box and the other was in plastic wrap.

Doing a replacement return.
The item itself is well made with mostly metal and it has weight to it but upon arrival one of the plastic pieces was totally missing. Packer obviously wasn’t looking at product when they packed it. Amazon’s return/replacement is making it super easy to get a new one.
