PacificaWaterproof Eye Pencil (Fringe)

I absolutely love this eyeliner. I have something called blepharitis, which causes dry eyes and makes my eyes super sensitive to eye makeup (both mascara and eyeliner). Usually eyeliner or mascara causes the base of my lashes to itch/sting, swell, etc. One application of regular eyeliner or mascara would result in days of itching afterwards. But I didn't want to just give up on wearing makeup, so I spent a whole year trying different types of eyeliner (and/or going without makeup when I just couldn't stand the dry itchy eyes), and I finally found Pacifica's eyeliner, and I am in love. This is the only eyeliner I have found that does not irritate my eyes. I wear it everyday with no problems at all. It goes on easily and smoothly (no pulling on my eyelids), and by the end of the day it does fade, but it does not collect under my eyes like many eyeliners do, which I really appreciate (so it doesn't create "raccoon eyes" at the end of the day). And it might sound weird, but I love it *because* it fades slowly. Because of my blepharitis, my eyelashes are prone to falling out easily, so trying to scrub an eyeliner off at the end of the day everyday would cause me to loose tons of lashes, and my eyes are too sensitive to use makeup removers. This is easy to take off when you want to. Honestly, most of the time I don't even bother taking it off, I just go to sleep and wake up and it's practically gone. And yet, at the end of the day (around 6/7pm), it's more of a charcoal grey, but it still looks good. I just make sure to be careful not to rub my eyes during the day, because that will smudge it. So basically, if you are looking for eyeliner that won't budge unless you use a special makeup remover, this is probably not the eyeliner you are looking for. But if you have sensitive eyes like me, you should definitely give this a try! It doesn't have any waxes in it (from what I can tell - no beeswax or other waxes) - which I think is part of what made it work for my sensitive eyes. I bought my first pencil about a year ago, and I just reordered my second one now, so it does last a long time. I am a very happy customer :)

I love that this is torture free and completely vegan, AND that it works. Often, cruelty free makeup doesn't stay on, but this eyeliner goes on easily and stays on. I need to use cream to remove it completely, though it might come off with soap and water if I rubbed harder than I do. It's a rich black and the point can be sharpened for a fine line. The lead is soft enough to make application very easy. I will buy this eyeliner again.

I wear eyeliner everyday and I have sensitive eyes. This is one of the few products that doesnt sting. Its perfect for a soft smokey eye, and a nice daytime look. I would highly recommend this product. Its def one of my favorites!

I use this pencil to fill my brows in just a little. I don’t go full on multiple step outlines and coloring and shading and etc. I don’t have the time or patience. But as my brows and eyelashes match my many overlapping freckles and make my face all one color, a little bit of Pacifica mascara and this pencil goes a long way!I love the feel, the ingredients, the color. I love that I can occasionally accidentally rub my face and it doesn’t smear. The water resistance is good as well. This is my favorite make up pencil!

I wanted to use it for emphasizing my eyes. It did work, and it is a nice color, but it was a thicker line than I wanted. Then when I tried to return it, it was impossible because it was from Pacifica.I guess they refuse returns, so BE CAREFUL. When you order from them, you're stuck.

I love anything that's animal cruelty free... I refuse to wear any makeup that's not, or has animal derivative products or ingredients in it. Everytime I think of A company using animals to test on I will look over at my dogs and cats and it just makes me sad.And for those who are going to say but you wear leather shoes, and you carry leather purses, and that you're a hypocrite, I will not argue with you. Do you draw a line somewhere. I don't eat meat, I don't wear makeup that is tested on animals, and my daily wear isn't animal products.I love this company because they dont test on fur babies, and their products are really amazing. This waterproof eye pencil is perfectly pigmented and has a staying power that is amazing. I can put it on in the morning, and it's still perfect in the evening time when I take my makeup off.I have been using this particular brand for a while now, & I will always be a loyal customer.

This is by far the best one of it's kind. Highly recommend
