Thunder Group 12 quart 18/8 Steel stock pot w/lid, comes in each

This 12 quart stainless steel pot is the perfect size for making larger family size meals. It’s also good when canning low acid fruits and vegetables and it works well when heating tomatoes for salsa or for canning. It comes with a lid and cleans up easily. It’s been a great addition to my cookware!

We use this pot all the time for company or when we want to freeze extra for days we don't feel like cooking. The pot is beautiful, hangs from the center of a pot rack, cleans easily. If by chance you burn something in it (I haven't yet), scrape everything out, boil a few cups of water in it for 15 minutes, dump the water out and wash, pour vinegar over scorched surface and let set overnight. The next morning, all the scorched particles should wash out. If not, soak overnight in vinegar one more time.

It's big.. It's aluminum. Not too heavy. When it's full, it takes forever to heat it up, but it holds the heat for a fair amount of time. Great for large households, spaghetti suppers, church potlucks, tamale cooking, sterilizing surgical instruments, dying clothes, washing small dogs, tons of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, etc.Useful and functional... like something you'd find in a commercial kitchen, NSF rated, in fact.

This product is very heavy duty and cleans up well. Happy with it but wished I had purchase the next size smaller because of the weight when it is filled up.

Excellent heavy duty pot. Using for cheese making and was an excellent bath. It will work great for the single cheese making.
