iSpring PH100 Alkaline Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System, pH+ Remineralization 6-Stage Under Sink RO Drinking Water Filtration System 100 GPD Fast Flow 1:1 Pure to Waste Ratio, US Made Filters

After a lot of research, and questions to multiple companies, I purchase the iSpring PH100 6 stage under sink reverse osmosis filtration system, and I love it! Some of the main reasons I decided to go with iSpring are their overall reviews, company age, customer service, and the fact that they use filters readily available anywhere, nothing proprietary. Many of the other companies use their own special filters that they can change prices on whenever they feel like, without an option to get them anywhere else, or if they should go out of business, you will have a system with no filters available. When I reached out to iSpring with a few questions, Laurence got back to me right away, and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions in detail, and when I had follow up questions, he got back to me again, and always told me to reach out again anytime. I feel very confident I will have support if I should ever have any issues or questions with my system. Installation is very easily done DIY, just watch a few videos on YouTube, and look over the detailed instructions that come with the system, and you should be good to go! It does take up some of your under sink space, but not nearly as much as I anticipated. I was still able to get some of my cleaning supplies back in the space. My water quality and taste have both improved drastically, and I couldn't be happier with it. I also bought iSpring show head filters, and those have improved our shower water quality, noticable in both our hair and skin health. Overall, I am very happy with this system, the company, and all the help I received from Laurence. If you are in the fence, just do it, you don't regret it!!

Model: 100gpd, ph+ Despite being packaged well, a fitting was broken off inside one of the filters. I was able to get it out though. Customer service answered on my first call and expedited new parts. Thank you Nick! There are a few other things worth mentioning here. The included “leak stop device” is made for 1/4 inch hoses and my hardware didn’t have 3/8 to 1/4 elbows. You can find a 3/8 x 3/8 leak stop on Amazon for around $15 if you’re concerned about water flow. The included filters (4,5 & 6) also have 3/8 x 1/4 inch inlets. I ordered the filter package shown with the plus sign next to the system on Amazon and they were not the US made ones. Not sure what the difference is (other than price) as they both seem to be 1/4 inch inlets. FK-US for US made ones. Currently they are out of stock. The system seems well designed and comes partially assembled including a water saving ASO valve. Particularly like the clear housing on stage one. It allowed me to see that the installed filter was wrapped in plastic which they all are, so be aware as it’s not mentioned in the instructions. Love the filter wrench which is easy to use due to the filter housing taper. Metal mounting frame is a plus. I was trying to connect the poly tube to cpvc and had issues with different threads so wound up using compression fittings for the 3/8 inlet and pot filler lines. There is a nice bag of extra parts but mostly for 1/4 inch systems. Despite numerous connections, no leaks! Pressure is good and waste water minimal. Taste is like spring water. I would suggest someone re-evaluate the included parts and make sure needed fittings are there. Looking to save some $$ between pitcher and I/M filter cost. I’d recommend this system without any hesitation at this point.

Pro’s What sold me are all the filters are made in America. Well built unit similar to the commercial one I had at my work. Good value for the money. Comes with extra fittings, extra filters if you want to add to the order. Hose and parts needed to install pluse wrench to tighten the cartridges. Everything except the tools to install, common design to fit below a sink. Con’s Instructions are pretty good, but not exactly as well as it should be. 1) hose in instructions show a yellow tube, Blue tube that it didn’t come with. Used the white tubing for these colors that the book showed to use yellow & blue tubing. There’s a lot to read and follow and do. The steps could have been better laid out, Advise others to watch a few YouTube videos to see how others did their work. Taking the plastic wrappers off the filters is important. Make sure you do that and then replace them and tighten the cartridges. Bleeding out the air & purging the system is important. Flushing out the cartridges first & then the other filters till water clears and comes out clean, let water out of the system & them turn on the tank, flush out at least 2 tanks or more. It’s a little challenging but taking your time is always worth it as you can save time not having to chase leaks or redoing some steps. Bubbles are common Once you start using the system, but they don’t tell you that. Clears up after using it for a while. Just bubbles not sediment.

My PH100 has been working great for about a month now, and the alkaline water it produces is delicious! The primary things that helped me decide on this model are the 1:1 purified-to-waste water ratio and the US-made filters. I was initially worried that a pump-less system would provide weak, dribbly output (my water pressure isn't great), but the PH100 does just fine without a pump. Installation was moderately easy, but I had to read between the lines and use my intuition sometimes, as the printed instructions (and online YouTube video) were just meh. Also, if installing on your own, consider if spending time upside down on your back cramped under a sink (and getting wet!) is worth it or even possible for you. If not, maybe consider recruiting or hiring someone ;) As other reviewers have pointed out, I couldn't immediately complete the installation as the leak-stop emergency shutoff valve was missing the required 3/8" to 1/4" adapter/elbow. However, one call to Sean in Customer Service got it resolved quickly. Hopefully, iSpring has remedied this problem by now, but iSpring has excellent customer support, as many have reported. Very satisfied with the purchase :)

This is my second iSpring filter system. Both have produced fantastic water quality and with an RO system you know you're getting absolutely everything out, including heavy metals and things many other systems leave behind. Both systems I've had were easy enough to install -- the products come with clear instructions and all the tubes and fittings you need. This particular model has the added bonus of being extremely efficient for a reverse osmosis system -- there's a 1:1 finished product to waste ratio, meaning for every 1 gallon of purified water you're only dumping 1 gallon of waste water. Compare that to many other systems that are 1:2 or worse and you're saving a LOT of water getting this model. Good for your monthly bills and good for the planet. A win-win scenario. Combine that with the 100 gpd flow rate and this is truly a best-in-class system! And to top it all off, this one uses filters made right here in the U.S.A. That's an extreme rarity in this market nowadays as nearly everything else is made overseas. Now if all that isn't enough to convince you to buy this, I have to add that the customer service from this company is excellent. I've had to contact them twice -- once for some missing components, and once when I bought the wrong filters. In both cases, they responded quickly and got me back in action right away. The first time around it was their fault -- I was missing one of the fittings with a new unit. They sent out the fittings right away and I had everything I needed in a few days. The second time around was completely my fault -- I ordered the wrong filter set. Even though this was totally on me, Sean at iSpring went ahead and sent out the proper filters to get me back in action. That was an unexpected case of a company going above and beyond to take care of their customer. Such a rarity nowadays! So stop researching and just buy this unit. You absolutely won't be disappointed. The quality is great. The company stands behind their products. And the customer service is excellent should you ever need help. You can't go wrong here.

We absolutely love the taste of the water from this RO. We've also had the water tested and it does what they say it does. Couldn't be happier with that. We opted to have the unit installed by a plumber because I don't mess with water period. There was an issue one time early on. We were going to be away for an extended amount of time and I turned of the main water to the house. The feed water adapter on the unit leaked and made a pretty big mess by the time it was noticed. I worked with Sean at iSpring who was very helpful and sent a new adapter. When the plumber came back to put it in, we tried to replicate the problem and it didn't leak this time. We put in the new adapter anyways and tested it a bunch and it hasn't leaked since.

Love that this filter is 1:1. Had an issue with the taste polisher dripping around the T fitting. Talked to Sean, got a replacement filter on the way. Good support from these guys so far.

I installed the PH100 around 2 weeks ago and am extremely happy with it. The water tastes fantastic. It is purified through 5 stages! And the 6th alkaline stage gives the water a great taste. There are no off putting smells or tastes, just great healthy water. Coffee tastes better, tea tastes better, green drinks taste better, and just a glass of crystal clear water tastes better. So I am essentially done with plastic water bottles. The installation took me about 4 hrs. mainly because I don't like hoses dangling so I fastened all of them to the inside of the cabinet under the sink and that takes a bit of time with all of the plumbing and garbage disposal under there, and I like to measure twice before cutting hoses. Expect a few leaks when you install, but you fix them one by one as you go because the install process is orderly via the official YouTube video. The install leaks if you have them are simply connectors or hoses not seated properly and in my case one of the three prefilter canisters was not screwed in tight enough. There was nothing in the install that was frustrating to do. The physical install was straightforward and easy and any troubleshooting was not hard to do. There is a flushing process during several stages of install and after install I flushed the complete system 3x. At my house the tank fills up quickly, in less than an hour, so probably 35-45 min. Which is fantastic. After install I had one very slow leak on the cap of the RO canister. The leak was very small and I called iSpring they send a completely new housing and connector set quickly and at no charge. The water flow from the tank out of the faucet is fast. Filling up for a pot of coffee is a short wait and you fill a glass of water very quickly. And the TDS numbers: Pre: 129 / Post: 19 (because of the alkaline) The PH numbers: Pre 7.5 / Post: 9.7 (the day of install) In the end I am extremely happy that I made this purchase.

I bought this to replace my old under sink water filter, which did its work mostly to filter out the metal and other harmful materials except TDS (~140+ from the tap). Before started using this new filter system, all my kettles always have a layer of limescale that I have to clean it every month, so annoying and it impacts the taste of my tea and espresso. Now I have been using this new iSpring filter for a month. So far, there is no any visible hard water buildup, excellent filter! the TDS is about ~20 (keep in mind, 6 stage filter restores healthy minerals and a natural alkaline balance, so this is normal), the water taste is certainly improved, especially my espresso, totally a game changer! I did have an issue - the yellow tube was missing from the package. I contacted customer support, they replied back quickly and shipped the missing parts to my house. excellent work, Nick, provided such a great customer service!

My third iSpring system that I've installed in my last 3 houses. Very easy to install and offer great tasting water. The system itself is very solid and I've never had it fail once installed. I've recommended this to several people that have ended up purchasing it as well. I had a couple of minor issues with this one (missing tubing in the package), so I contacted customer service. The customer service team, Francis in my case was great in responding and made sure that the mistake was addressed, and I'm once again a satisfied customer.

This system has been installed for a year snd provides great tasting water. We purchased along with s pressurized holding tank and delivery pump which allows for better pressure with a 3/8” line for use with our pot filler. I originally consulted people at iSpring to ensure I purchased the correct components and they were very helpful and happy to assist. I recently purchased a 3-year pack of filters, and upon trying to install them realized they were the wrong ones (1/4”). I contacted iSpring and spoke with Michele, who was super helpful and arranged to send the correct filters at no cost as they were not currently available on Amazon. Couldn’t be happier with this item and the service from iSpring!

Bought the iSpring PH100 replace my old RO sytem which has very slow flow rate. Unfortunately, the system came missing the last stage alkaline filter. Contact iSpring customer support with the help from Sean who kindly sending me the missing filter with additional connectors. The talk with Sean was smooth and pleasant. I did install the system without the missing filter which was easy took me less than 30 min. Now I have a RO system with good flow rate ans water taste good. The last step is connect the re-mineral filter once I receive it.
