Arrived on time. Easy to swallow.

Great there is a whole year supply. I will come back and let you know if I find they help my general health and well being once I have been using them a while. My only negative is the lid. It gives the impression you can pop the end open and drop a pill out, but it's just the design. You have to take the whole lid off and with a long shaped bottle like this it's difficult to get only one out at a time. My first three videos had multiple drops. Redesign the lid and it would be 5 stars 🌟

I have been taking these for a year and my blood test results indicate that they are working as my B vitamin levels are good. You get 365 tablets, take one a day makes these great value the only thing I would change is the container.

Seems a great product although have no idea of it`s effectiveness.

Taste, All good, you don't chew them, just swallow them with juice or water! But I only take them now and then not on a regular basis 👍
