Excellent and entertaining read!
I am not of the Elvis era and therefore not a well-informed fan, but since this book was recommended to me by a friend, I ordered it from Amazon. It arrived promptly from the seller and is a very, very interesting book! Each chapter made me eager to read the next one. The writer does an excellent job in the telling of the story and makes the reader feel they are right there in the moment with the author. There is so much detail in the story. The accompanying photos were amazing as well. I now have a totally different perspective of Elvis than what has been portrayed in the media over the years.

Fills in a lot of the blanks
Jeannie's book was such a nice read. Contains many un-circulated photos of Graceland from her own collection although may have made their way around the internet. It fills in many incidents that were in Linda Thompson's book and from Jeannie's perspective. Worth the read.

She thinks Linda is perfect
What I disliked was the multiple times of how perfect she thought Linda was. A couple of times would have been sufficient. I felt taking pictures of Elvis’s sanctuary was an invasion of his privacy. I know Linda gave permission, but that was his private area. Info on Ginger was incorrect. They never met (as adults) until after Ginger’s birthday in November. What I liked was it was an easy read, that both Jeanne and Linda had a real friendship and were there for one another. I really liked that there was no women bashing! Elvis moved on from Linda to other women before his death. I believe all women who were involved in his life were loved.

A short lively read.
I read this ages ago and forgot to write the review! Fun and sweet account of life around Elvis from the eyes of Linda Thompson's friend Jeanne Lemay. It was a while ago that I read it although I looked at it again briefly the other day, so had I just read it the review would probably have been longer. I do remember that I read it in a day though so I must have got into it! Lively and not too saccharine which is good. Short and enjoyable!

Elvis,Linda & Me Unseen Pictures & Untold Stories from Graceland
I am an Elvis fan and I also like Linda Thompson. This book gave me an inside look at their life and the life Linda had to lead to be with Elvis. There had to be love there for her to stay with him. He was a man who was not happy with just one woman in his life. I see posts all the time saying how lucky these women were, but I am thinking to myself., yes I loved Elvis too, but I loved my husband more because he was here for me. The life Elvis lived would have been a tough one for any woman. Pricilla had Lisa Marie and it was just to much with having no real family life. Even though Elvis loved Lisa with all his heart, his life style could not give her that feeling of security that we have in our family. I loved the pictures in this book also. I love reading all the books. Some more than others....

Love it
Wonderful story of how she, and Linda met Elvis. It's still heartbreaking how he turned out, but she gives a wonderful insight as to what he was like before going down hill. He mad sure she and Linda could spend time together as much as possible. I enjoyed the pictures included as well, but they are hard to see on Kindle even when enlarged.

"Elvis' wallet, Linda and me" would be a more approriate title
I thought that this book would give much more informations from the point of view of an Elvis' secretary, like the book of Becky Yancey but Jeanne did not work very long for Elvis and is more focused on her friend Linda than on Elvis. There are also factual mistakes : Jeanne seems to ignore that Sheila Ryan married James Caan in January 1976. So this book is rather a must read for Linda's fans than for Elvis' fans.

A fan's view of Elvis
I love this book! The author was a fan of Elvis before she met him, and was thrilled to get to know him personally through her best friend Linda. This book is written with love, respect and admiration for Elvis, great photos too. I can thoroughly recommend it to Elvis fans.

Brilliant!
This is a really great read, and gives an insight to Elvis life and his generosity to those who came into contact with him, and to the fact that he was such a womanizer who couldn't really be faithful to anyone, and why should he have been? He was the sexiest man on the planet and knew he could have any woman he wanted. Never again shall we experience a man of his talent and Fantastic looks.

This was a joke.
I am a huge Elvis fan and I found this book to be nothing but a joke. What a hanger-on this Jeanne LeMay Dumas must have been. I'm sorry that I even considered reading this - it was an insult.
