I have had this for about 2 years now and have had no problems with it. It is easy to fill and easy to clean. It has a hose attachment for use on furniture or getting to those spots that are hard to get to. This is probably the best carpet shampooer that I have ever owned, and I have had some big brand named carpet shampooers. One thing I would suggest is to get a rubber mat to put under this thing when storing it just incase there is leftover water in the cambers... it might leak out. I also (just me, don't do this if your afraid of voiding a warranty or something) but I add a few drops of tea tree oil or peppermint oil to my water, shampoo mix and it always smells AMAZING for days after!! Plus both of those oils are natural flea and tick repellents (we live in the country) so that's how I clean mine. The 86t3comes with a hose kit which plugs into the top of the machine and allows you to do stairs and furniture, etc. The 10n2 does not come with the hose kit standard equipment. Other than that the parts list for both machines are identical. I bought the 86T3and it works very well. It cleans with backward and forward strokes making it not only easier to deep clean the carpets, but also quicker as it removes much more water with each stroke than the standard cleaner. As previously mentioned, it is not easy to move around furniture. It has a horrible turn radius.
