This pot cover is very versatile, it fits several sizes of my pots, so now I don't have to search for the exact lid that fits each of my pots. It has the little steam vent in the lid, this makes it easier to avoid pots overflowing when the contents boil. It won't keep it from overflowing every time..if you have the pot filled high, it might still overflow, but it will avoid it most of the time. I am so pleased with how versatile this lid is. But make sure you're careful and don't put your hand over the steam release hole, you will get burned. The lid is dishwasher safe and washed nicely.I am very pleased with this lid.

I have this lid in three different sizes and love all of them. It is so nice to have a well fitting lid for all of my frying pans. It's so nice to be able to see through the glass so you can keep any eye on your eggs (my husband likes sunny side, but doesn't want them slimy). The handle stays cool. Excellent product.

pots in camper to save space

Bought for use on my 9.5inch carbon steel skillet, it's a bit too big so lid does not sit perfectly on the skillet, hangs a bit. This is 100% not an issue for me because I am not trying to lock steam in when using the skillet. The edge on the lid is exactly at 9.5, exactly same size as skillet, however the edge on lid should be a millimeter or 2 smaller for the edge to fit inside the lid for a tighter fit, if that's what you want!!

Bought this size to cover a missing stainless lid. It fits slightly small but there is no overhang when using this top. It is great to have the see through function and s steam release too. Very happy with the product quality, function and cost
