I have hypothyroidism and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) and ~17 other diagnosed chronic conditions (mental and physical), so I take a variety of prescriptions and supplements.The chronic fatigue has me passing out every day for 2-4 hours at a time (even with getting sleep at night), often while in the middle of doing something (even while conversing!). The most debilitating of my physical conditions are the asthma and chronic fatigue (CFS).I did some researching (NIH, CDC, and other websites, and books, and talking with medical professionals), and I decided to give the Earth2Humans Nascent Iodine a try. I do my supplements tests pretty much 1 at a time so I can tell what the deciding factor might be for the change (for better or worse).I tried the recommended dose of 6 drops during daytime hours, didn't notice much of a difference that week. I waited a couple of weeks and tried 7 drops at night before bed. WOW!I did this for a week, and didn't have my 3-4 hour daily crashes, but I did have at least 1 shorter crash during this first trial. I stopped for about 2 weeks (or maybe a month), then started again, 7 drops in a mouthful of water, before going to bed. Following day, no crash! I did this nightly and my daily crashes practically ceased!!!This has been life changing for me, no exaggeration. I started being able to spend time with my husband and adult children again, without passing out in the process.I have been using the E2H nascent Iodine nightly for the past several months now (sometimes I miss a night), and my daily crashes decreased to barely once a month!!! ***Literally life changing.*** Brain fog (from fibromyalgia and multiple other conditions) has decreased, as well.Now, I take 7 drops, because of my hypothyroidism (for which I have to take prescription synthroid) & I don't use iodized salt (the typical source of dietary iodine). I recommend following the package directions (6 drops) or your medical professional's recommendation for your particular case. Iodine can become toxic, so more is not necessarily better. Read, research & talk to professionals.I am very pleased with this Earth2Humans brand of Nascent Iodine, and I do recommend it if you've been cleared to take this supplement. Of all the supplements I take, this game changer is "the best," particularly for CFS/ME, brain fog (related to medical & mental conditions), and hypothyroidism.[I do take the drops in a mouthful of water, because iodine doesn't taste pleasant. This has made it very easy & simple to take nightly.]

Won’t lower my star rating just because this didn’t affect me. Not the fault of the brand or supplement. It came sealed, unbroken and quickly. Will use this brand for other supplements.

I can tell immediately that the drops work. Going to the bathroom is a lot easier. I have yet to see weight loss or swelling from water retention but cleansing is a for sure with this product.

Wow, wonderful! So I’ve been taking this for an entire month now. Tremendous change I TELL YOU! Before taking this supplement I was having such a hard time getting through my shift. I was constantly tired and always needed caffeine. Wow now after a month I am working out better, sleeping better, skin and hair looks great, I am getting through the days with a bit of left over energy and I am loving it. Never have I felt so focused working and working out. It definitely makes me feel happy that I am back to my energetic self. The tired me was not where it was! I 100% recommend this supplement!

I question the authenticity of this product. There is a typo on the label. It does taste a bit salty which maybe good. Tried it twice but haven’t used it since.

Did some reading before I took the plunge & bought one. Lots of potassium iodide being sold out there with similar pricing. I read Nascent is better so I got this one. So far so good. Been taking 4-5 drops daily. I feel a bit of energy boost, only time will tell of it will help my thinning hair due to some autoimmune issue. Strong taste but tolerable, the color is deep amber - will definitely buy again when I ran out.

Have been using daily for almost 2 months now. I feel less sluggish and clearer headed. Not sure if it's all the Iodine or just hope. But I definitely feel better!
