Not plastic, it is soft cloth.
I don't usually write reviews but to be honest, I was expecting a lot less from this bathroom curtain and still bought it because I wanted to surprise my husband since he loves guitars.I thought it would be a plastic cheap material but it's actually a soft cloth. I love it. Exceeded my expectations.
