Will this easel hold a mirror that weighs about 100 pounds and the dimensions are 68" tall by 33" wide?

I don't think it will. Your mirror seems way too large and heavy.

Would this hold a 24x36 picture frame?

Yes, it would hold a picture that size easily. I displayed a 16x24 and it was great. The decorative scrolls that hold the picture are adjustable for 3 different heights. Overall quality is very good. The finish is meant to look distressed, but it's not the prettiest paint job. I'm thinking of re-doing it.

Will this hold a fine art piece maybe 25 lbs 36 w by 44 tall. .?

yes for sure it would hold something that large. The decorative pegs at the bottom have 3 different holes you can move them to for a variety of different size options. The pegs are sturdy and are held in place with threaded wing nuts. Should hold something that large with no problem.
