No more ear pain!
I can't fly without Earplanes! Before I discovered Earplanes, I dreaded flying. I would get horrible ear pain as we started the decent , and often couldn't hear for a few hours after the flight. It would help if I took massive amounts of antihistamines and decongestants, but then I would be so drugged I could barely walk. Then I found Earplanes, and discovered I can fly again without pain, and without using medication. If my allergies are particularly bad, I will use a regular dose of antihistamines or decongestants, but earplanes make the massive doses unnecessary.Earplanes are easy to put in, and comfortable to wear, although I have to use the child size, as I have small ears. I am able to hear when I have them in, although sound is very slightly muffled. They work well for a round trip, even if you have to change planes on part of the trip. I have used one pair for two different trips, and although the worked on the second trip, I think they work better for one round trip.I always keep an extra box handy, in case of an unplanned trip. I wouldn't fly without them! Earplanes Pain Reliever Earplugs Adult Size (3 Pair)

work great!
my ears did not hurt! that's what i got them for, and they worked awesomely (i got the child ones because my ears are kinda small). the last time i flew i had horrible pain which lasted the whole day, this time, i just got off the plane, popped these out, and i was 100% fine. no headache, no ear ache, nothing. it says 'effective for two flights' but i used them for four, and they worked all four times. i've cleaned them carefully and put them back in their case and see no reason why they would not work again and again with careful handling. that being said, they're not expensive, and since they work so well, i would have no qualms about purchasing them again and again if needed!

They worked!
I have a terrible problem with my ears on a plane. Pain, they fill with fluid, itching from all the fluid moving around ert. I used these and just the smallest amount of crackling in one ear! I cant believe it, a pleasant flight! I put them in at take off, then again on landing. If you are an adult and have small ears/canals definitely get the kids! Try them!

How urprised I was, they DO WORK. Wanted Earplanes for my dog's flight to UK.
They DO seems to work; I just tried them a week ago on an flight from USA to UK. Actually I wanted to try them on my trip, to see if they'd work for my dog. When we ascended, I felt the pressure change & felt it in the Earplanes too--pretty cool! Same action when we descended. I fly a lot & can always feel the in-cabin pressure changes both in ears & face. Typically I don't feel actual pain in-flight, except one or two times in smaller planes. Then I'd get MAJOR FACE PAIN & POPPING. So, on this recent flight, I wore them & def. felt the valves in the Earplanes change pressure. It was kind of neat to sense the mild change from the Earplanes. However, I really wanted to test them for my dog, when he flew overseas after me.Sure wish #Earplanes had a K-9 version.Few people, even Vets, think about dog's ears when flying. But K9 ear anatomy is just like ours except, dog's ear are even MORE SENSITIVE than adults, or even kids' ear canals. Dogs have a deeper/downward, outer-ear canal So anyway, I ordered them & looked at the size. They're a bit too small for dog's elongated canals. However, just consider SCREAMING INFANTS on flgihts? Their tiny ear canals feel pain much more, due to their narrower ear structures. So little kids & babies scream....As horrible as that is for both the babies, embarrased Moms & Dads in-flight...it's even more a pity for our K9 friends.Dog's ears must be in TERRIBLE PAIN, when they're in flight & few of us even consider it!N.B. Earplanes!WE NEED A K-9 version. I'm sure dog owners would buy them!

definitely not just for children
I recently purchased the "adult" size version of these earplugs for a short plane trip and while they certainly worked, they were only effective when I could actually fit them completely in my ear. Unfortunately, that meant cramming them in and it was very uncomfortable and very difficult to get a good "seal." Since the earplugs did work, however, I decided to try these smaller, "child" size earplugs and they worked a charm! They are much smaller than the adult size, which is to be expected, and therefore fit much more comfortably in my ear. I was able to get them in and out of my ears without any trouble and they definitely helped my ears adjust to the changing cabin pressure on the plane. I wore them only during take-off and landing (not throughout the flight) and they were moderately comfortable, but more importantly, I did not experience ANY pain which is what usually happens during changes in altitude & air pressure. I will definitely be bringing these handy little earplugs on every flight with me from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone who experiences difficulty or pain with their ears popping! My only suggestion to EarPlanes would be to make a "medium" size or something between the adult and child sizes because the adult size is just way too huge and this child size is just a wee bit small. (just call me Goldilocks, I guess)

Size was too large
These were too large for my ears and appear to be no different than the adult size.
